Castelvetrano olives come from Sicily, namely from Trapani. They are distinguished by their bright green color, round shape and crisp, fleshy flesh. Their sweet, delicate taste with a slight saltiness makes them table olives of the highest quality. These olives are harvested at the end of September, before they ripen, when the flesh becomes crisp and the fruits are bright green.
Perfect for aperitifs and appetizers. Paired with light wines, even fruity ones, they perfectly complement toasts, as well as fresh cheeses, sauces, raw fish, shellfish and crustaceans.
