Garnet red with purple reflections, when diluted it appears pale purple red. The nose is full of complex fruity aromas of pomegranate, black cherry, raspberry and citrus of orange and mandarin. The finish is herbaceous and almondy. On the palate it is fresh and very balanced with a persistent finish. Paired with white spirits (vodka and white rum). It is the fundamental ingredient for the famous non-alcoholic Shirley Temple cocktail, while with excellent quality gin it gives life to the Singapore Sling cocktail.
