Ultramarine blue with De Chirico blue shades, when diluted it takes on cerulean shades. On the nose, intense and complex citrus notes with hints of Sicilian blood oranges and bitter oranges. Intense on the palate and very balanced with a persistent citrus finish. Recommended pairings with spirits (gin and rum), liqueurs, juices, sparkling wines and beer. Mixed gives life to two new Fabbri 1905 cocktails: Ocean Blu Spritz and SBritz, also in the ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
