Tuna Yeloufin is a fish of delightful soft red color and equally delicious taste, whose meat is comparable in taste to young beef. Of all the varieties of tuna, yelolowfin has the lowest fat content. Tuna in olive oil (Tonno Yelolowfin all`olio E.V. oliva) is added to salads and sandwiches; sauces for chicken, meat and pasta are also prepared on its basis.
