Made with fresh and dried tomatoes (hence the red color), dried and blended basil leaves, pine nuts, cashew nuts and extra virgin olive oil. A superb recipe that will decorate your plates with a unique flavor highlighted by the power of dried tomatoes. Unlike its green counterpart, this red pesto comes from southern Italy and Sicily in particular.
