Intense ruby red with purple reflections, when diluted it takes on garnet shades. The nose is very intense and complex with aromas of undergrowth and small red fruits, among which raspberry, mulberry and wild strawberry stand out. On the palate it is fresh and very balanced with a persistent finish. Pairs with all spirits, liqueurs, beer and soft drinks. It gives life not only to the Alpine Skiwasser, but also to the new Fabbri 1905 cocktails: Raspberry Spritz and SBritz Skiwasser, also in the ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
