Full milky white, when diluted it takes on a milky appearance. On the nose it has intense and persistent toasted notes of almonds with hints of dried fruit. On the palate it is sweet, soft and rather balanced. It goes well with coffee. granitas and cocktails. Iconic ingredient of hot and cold Mediterranean coffee, fundamental for Salento coffee and almond milk granita.
