Intense ruby red and violet color in the crown, even when diluted, retains its hue. The aroma is intense and broad, with a whole range of fruits: raspberries, black cherries, blackberries and currants. The final aroma is almondy and reminiscent of apricot and peach pits. The syrup tastes fresh and very balanced, with a persistent aftertaste. It can be combined with juices and iced teas. Ideal for berry granita.
