What kind of equipment is provided and let for rent by your company? What are the terms and conditions?
How does the pod coffee machine differ from the professional machine?
The pod coffee machine has no need to be connected to a water supply or waste outlet. It is also portable and does not require special training for operation.
What is the difference between organic coffee beans and pods tablet (coffee capsule)?
1. Coffee pods (coffee capsules) are made of organic fried coffee beans. 2. The difference is that a pod (or plastic capsule) is a filtering system, which is filled with the proper amount of freshly ground coffee, ready to be brewed and served as a beverage.
How can I get my vending equipment installed?
The main condition is the target usage. For hot beverage equipment (Kikko), the estimated vending amount is 350 portions per month. For cold beverage and snack equipment (Snakky), the estimated minimum is 600 portions per month.
Where can I taste your coffee? (for juridical persons)
We can carry out tasting at our training-centre at a prearranged time.
Do you provide any professional coffee equipment? If so, is it possible to rent it and on what terms?
Dan King provides professional coffee equipment on partnership terms. Volume of purchased products depends on the model of coffee equipment.
Can you buy our coffee machine out?
We have got “Trade-In” programme for buying out professional coffee equipment.
Do you carry out any teaching courses on coffee?
We carry out training sessions on the methods of coffee drinks preparation. We run a barista course for those interested, on a paid basis.

Yes, we can. We provide our delivery services from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Minimum order is 25.000 tenge.
Can you deliver product by the piece?
We can provide by the piece delivery to our clients if the product cost is no less than 15.000 tenge.
Do you have any foreign products apart from Italian?
We provide only the best products from Italian manufacturers.
